Lawrence “LAW” Parker III is a self-taught contemporary abstract expressionist painter, musician, and curator of culture. His expertise runs the gambit of entertainment avenues, including music, fashion, art and philanthropy. The artistic prowess that LAW conveys throughout his many ventures is vast, tasteful and engaging. Whether producing music, practicing fine art through his art collective Freeman Revival, writing or working as an A&R and manager while at Roc Nation with the likes of Jay Electronica, Rapsody, The Lox, DIXON, Infinity Song, Victory and Belly, his commitment to advancing the lives of others is true testament to his understanding of the power that lies within us.
His contributions to art and fashion include a collaboration with Jay-Z’s Paper Planes apparel brand—which featured his hometown of New Orleans—and a debut art show, “INHERITED PAST,” in Chelsea, Manhattan. Both the apparel line and the exhibition sold out within hours of release. Highlighting his rising influence, his latest collection, “SUNDAY MORNINGS – Pillars of Strength,” was displayed during Super Bowl LIX. This body of work is dedicated to the Black Church and honors the legacy of his grandfather, Rev. Dr. Willie Freeman, Sr. Most recently, his work was exhibited at Big Bethel AME Church in Atlanta, GA, on October 3, 2026.
LAW’s inspiration is derived from the captivating city he was born and raised in - New Orleans. He is a product of the New Orleans Public School system and is an esteemed alum of St. Augustine High School where he was a proud member of the world-renowned St. Augustine Marching 100 Band. His dedication and commitment to uplifting his community has been a major factor in connecting local artists, and entrepreneurs with companies around the world to enrich their careers and lives.
